Craft Village Details
Why is the craft village important?
The craft village also serves as an important platform for clubs and community development. Valuable synergies are created here for merchandise products that can be marketed as souvenirs or online. The workshops and the Instagram-worthy atmosphere contribute significantly to the facility's social media reach, making the village an indispensable part of the castle project.
How does the craft village fit into the experience?
The Craft Village allows guests to immerse themselves even more deeply in the medieval atmosphere. They can voluntarily become part of this world by wearing medieval clothing (available through the hotel) and playing small games. During the holidays, special role-playing packages are available for children, divided into three age groups and reminiscent of popular computer games: They can complete tasks, collect points, and document their progress on analog "skill boards."
The games are staged by vendors and staff and create impressive, immersive experiences in the village. This concept increases the appeal of the complex not only for families but also for social media content.

Which retailers are there and what is being managed? (Retail)
Our dealers' buildings are modular buildings clad in medieval style, with commercial licenses and appropriate technology such as surveillance cameras, heating, water, etc. Each building typically houses two dealers. This allows us to operate some of the properties ourselves with a small number of employees (one per building). The goods are largely purchased directly from the factory, without intermediaries, resulting in increased margins. Some properties are leased to local dealers.
